Young Plumbing Services is an outstanding company!!! We need a new water heater and Doug Young responded immediately and guided us through the entire process...from selection through installation. Doug was in constant communication with us and was at our home quickly to diagnose to problem and order a new water heater. Doug came the next morning(Saturday!!!) with his team to install the new unit. Incredibly professional and courteous...the exact type of service and professional we all are looking for!!! Installation was perfect and Doug left our garage cleaner than when he arrived!!! Doug even called us after the install to make sure we were 100% satisfied!! Can’t say enough about this company. Top notch service, professionalism, and product quality. My water heater hit end-of life; when I spoke with owner Doug he was was responsive, and set up a time to meet as soon as possible. Whether it's time to upgrade or you're in an emergency plumbing situation it can be a stressful time to determine what makes sense for you. It was obvious that Doug's goal was to determine what made sense for me and my house, and that I knew all my options based on function and pricing. He had competitive pricing, was very transparent in all the costs and wanted to ensure the quote was comprehensive and had no 'hidden fees'. I knew exactly what I was getting, and the process to make it happen all took place 2 days!
He handled all the vendor details, picking up the products, taking out my old unit (including hauling it away), and installed the new unit with confidence. It was impressive watching it all happen and made me glad I chose a LOCAL professional that has experience and pride in their technical trade. Thank you to Doug and both of his helpers for leaving me in a much better situation with my new water heater.. and for following up the next business day to make sure all was well with the product. 10/10 would recommend to my friends, family, and neighbors.
